We have multiples ways to update fees on your calculator:
Basic/flat fee updates
Now you can update your fees directly within your own app, without contacting support. See the video below.
As a customer admin, go to “App Settings” > “App Fees” and edit there.
Note: This works only for flat fees, formula or rate chart changes still need to be sent to our support team.
Contact Support
If you need a fee update and don’t see the “App Settings” tab in your calculator, you may be using an older version or may not have proper permissions. Please contact support with whatever fee updates you need.
In addition, if your fee updates are based on a rate table or a formula, you’ll still need to contact support for these updates as the fee editor only works for flat fees at the moment.
