We are always adding new features to our net sheet calculator. One of the common requests we get is to update fees, formulas or rate charts. Afterall, we all know that fees can and do often change regularly, depending on where your title company or law firm is located in the country.
The good news is that now we have a couple of different ways to update the fees in your title quote calculator. They are:
- Email our support team
- Edit them yourself with our new fee editor
Note that the fee editor is currently limited to editing flat fees such as a “closing fee”, field labels, and field types. If you have updates to a title premium rate schedule or a tax proration formula that needs updated, you’ll still need to contact our support team so that the updates can be properly updated and tested.
